 What is stress?

1.     Stress is a silent killer
2. Stress causes blood pressure, heart problems and high cholesterol even among youngsters
3.     Anything that stimulates you and increases your level of alertness is stress
4.     Stress is a response of body mind and emotions to everyday extra ordinary pressure of life
5.     Life without stress is very dull and boring
6.   Life with too much of stress is unpleasant, tiring and ultimately damages your health
7.   Stress elevates the physiological activity and stimulate virtually all systems like Heart, Blood vessels, Immune system, Lungs, Sensory organs, Brain and the body to prepares for a fight or flight response

1.     Headaches, neck pains, nervousness, chronic fatigue
2.     Heart palpitation, high blood pressure, Chest pain
3.     Hyperacidity, Indigestion, Ulcers on tongue, loss of appetite
